I am staying at an AirBnB nearby. The Facility is located in the heart of Hadar HaCarmel, very convenient and central. For 49 shekels, I washed, dried and folded my laundry. F/U with Gemini re this establishment: Conversation with Gemini I went to the Laundromat Cafe twice, apparently, it is near The Machbessa, which I will go to next time instead. The first time was 2 weeks ago, it was afternoon, I did my own laundry and did not hang out in the cafe. The first time was okay, the washerwoman who oversees and manages the place, takes money and does laundry for others told me which machines to use, I brought my own soap and it was okay, but for the behavior I observed where she was rude to an old man who did not speak Hebrew, and she made no effort to try to translate using AI or another person, she basically kicked him out because she could not communicate. Detergent and softener available for your use. Friendly, helpful staff. Lots of washing machines and dryers. Food is excellent. Daily and seasonal specials. We had breakfast and it was delicious. The Wifi is strong and free. The staff are attentive, friendly, and speak perfect English. If you are travelling in Haifa, highly recommend spending an afternoon here, and having a meal or a coffee while you wait for your laundry.

This laundromat-cafe has a great atmosphere and is foreigner-friendly. So if you don't speak Hebrew, but know English, you'll be completely fine. The food is delicious, the drinks are delicious, the service is good, what more do you want? Quick word of advice: to use the laundromat service it might be easier to just get the full service (washing, drying and folding) as the people operating the laundry machines don't speak a lot of English and call the cafe guy over instead, it also means you can wander up to Herzl street to shop while they take of your clothes. Overall it's an amazing place that I wish I had back home.

One of the coolest spots in Israel, not to mention Haifa of all places. A chic spot to get your laundry done while eating one killer fresh made Shakshuka by the wonderful one and only, Dina. Turn your laundry time to a fun experience and grab a drink while at it if you’re not hungry. Awesome spot! I’m definitely going back!!!
