Nice spot in Jaffa Market Captain Hook is located right in the heart of the Jaffa Market, a lively area with great atmosphere and lots of character. The vibrant market energy adds charm, however it can get quite noisy at times, and the tables are close to passersby, which makes the experience a bit less private. The food is very good, with modern Middle Eastern flavors and creative cooking techniques that make it worth a visit. Prices are on the higher side, roughly in line with the Tel Aviv average, but still reasonable for the quality and location.

The food was fine when we were there, but we both came back with painful stomach aches, heartburn, and felt ill. The older waitress was extremely sweet, but the younger ones were blantley rude and asked for a tip up front (before we even paid). Won't be going back here anytime soon...
