This is a great little place. A classic, small Israeli coffee shop/restaurant on the side of the road. We sat outside, so I can’t comment on the inside. Outside is a cool space with fans, smoking allowed and great Israeli rock music playing throughout. The food was great, quick and happy service, so a really great spot for breakfast! We loved the Eggs Benedict and Avocado toast. The coffee was great also but note they do not serve large, just a standard size, so you may need to order two drinks.

A very cool menu with an impressive variety of meals. The meals have a fair price and are of very reasonable size. My Salmon bagel was very good, along its small salad. I also enjoyed a very fine Gin based cocktail. My friends had a special burger and sourdough-avocado, which they enjoyed. The location is nice and most of the seats are outside, with adjacent fans and air conditioners. A small problem is the lack of free parking space around the restaurant. Service was kind and polite, albeit somewhat slow at times. Probably because our seats were the furthest out. Overall, an excellent experience and a great location that is worth visiting again.

The food was good and the prices quite fair. The service was just not great. I understand reservations exist but to keep brushing us off and not even acknowledge us seems like bad form for a hostess. Our waitress didn't greet us at all just put the tablet down and said something like 'and you want...' Not once did anyone check on us after our food came. Getting the check was difficult and so was getting someone to take our credit card after it finally arrived. Again, good food and prices but not a great experience overall.

Walked in and were seated at a table that was in a schmutzig area near the entrance to a freezer , with staff coming and going shlepping supplies and slamming doors. To take the order took a considerable amount of time. Food arrived randomly and some dishes even before the drinks. We also noticed that the servers don’t use trays. So I found , that the stacking of glasses prepared with ice and lemon stacked on top of one another on route to the table a little unhygienic. Food was brought resting on Servers chests with hair blowing in the wind. Other than the delivery to the food there was zero attention given to the table. No napkins no ketchup, dirty cutlery and no friendliness nor upselling of any kind. The draft beer was “end of the barrel” lifeless however , I must say that the cocktails looked fabulous and the choice of ambient music was great. The food was well presented and tasty. Pricing was most reasonable. From what we could see is that this restaurant is very popular and

Ordered salad with chicken and fries. Salad was delivered without chicken (which was delivered later since the restaurant forgot it the first time and had a hard time sending chicken) and was not tasting like Caesar but rather a regular salad inside with very fatty croutons. Fries were super saggy, couldn't eat it. Came out over 100 nis😕 No forks inside. Do not recommend ordering from Rotch.
