Rosaria★Very long wait times: I paid at the cashier at 8:00 PM and my order wasn't delivered until 9:20 PM. Furthermore, the cashier wasn't particularly polite.

No★Besides the unbearable nature of the phone calls, I ordered at around 11:15 pm, the delivery was confirmed for midnight and now it's half past midnight and still nothing, on top of having my phone completely turned off and impossible to trace.
