Natalia Gualberti★Unfortunately, even today I received confirmation of the employees' lack of respect for customers. While the products are excellent, you can't decide to serve based on friendliness or kinship when the counter is running and there's a crowd of people, only to be told that the lady who arrived later was served first simply because she asked! And what do I do while I wait for my turn? The beautiful little statue? In the end, besides being unprofessional... you're not even the only ones in Bitonto. And I repeat... unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened.
