We went to have dinner there twice during our Dolomites visit. My husband really liked his spicy Sakura ramen (it also looked very cute, just look at it), and my dry pork ramen was also very good and flavorful. The atmosphere of the place is also a very big point of interest, I don’t want to spoil it by posting pictures:)) finally, for anyone not from Italy - try this lemon ice tea, thank me later (we don’t have it in the Netherlands).

Amazing food and a lovely atmosphere! The restaurant feels very authentic and almost makes you feel like you’re in Japan. The ramen was delicious, the takoyaki was great, and everything was freshly prepared. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, and their warm service made the experience even better. One of the best meals we had during our trip. We highly recommend this place and would love to visit again when we’re back in Bolzano.
