To start, the Tartare di Manzetta was cubes of marinated raw beef tartare served on a slice of brioche toast; and the Polpette al Sugo were dense meatballs in tomato sauce topped with Parmesan. On the side came airy slices of sourdough bread, and we also ordered a mixed salad (lettuce, radicchio, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes).
