Really nice cafe in the city center! We wanted a place that was open early and they fit that criteria. We shared a chocolate croissant and their fruit and granola yogurt. As a bonus, they also served a drip coffee. It was a perfect start to the day and very fast service!

Situated right next to the house of Dante, this little cafe is great for a full breakfast as well as an early brunch. Really good for anyone wanting to go and explore right afterwards. Be aware of the opening hours, because they do close very early.

This is a great place for a quick stop with a nice view and good coffee but I would not recommend going there for breakfast, the portion was an absolute joke and the price was very high for such quality and quantity. Staff are very friendly and speak perfect English. Yet this place is only good for a pastry or some coffee and nothing more. Also the place is a bit crowded, yet nothing that bothered me but it is overlooking Dante's house so you will find a lot of tourist groups and maybe listen to some nice stories

Excellent coffee, properly cooked eggs, and efficient, friendly service. Ben’s Caffè is not trying to be a just another standing-at-the-bar cornetto place, and that is exactly the point. It serves a cooked (or sweet) breakfasts and meals in Florence and does it well. Some negative reviews miss this entirely! No cover charge, order at the counter and sit at a table. È perfetto! If you want a well-made omelette and good coffee, served with friendly efficiency, this is a quality choice. Highly recommended.
