Simply WOW! When we're travelling, we're always on the lookout for new, exciting vegan restaurants. And what can I say: Sottobosco Bistrot is probably the best vegan restaurant we've ever been to! The menu is simply amazing. A real explosion of flavour. And it's all vegan too. Everything is just right here: flavour, ingredients, but also the service and the presentation on the plate. Friendly staff, tasty food ! Vegan ! :) I had some fried rice- on asian style. Wow, so tasty, and i feel pretty good after meal. Their menu is enough long, you can choose from max 10 meals. Dogs are welcome. Also you have to try their hone made icecream, which is gluten free ! Can reccomend, and dont worry, about that is outside the city- go and try ! Parking is close to the bistro.

I went there with my wife cause we used to try lots of vegan food back in the days ... to be honest you don't need to be vegan to appreciate this kind of cuisine... plates are beautiful, food is great like the presentation as well ... and don't forget is healthy. I will come back for sure thanks to the chef that you can tell put a lot of love in his creations.
