We went for breakfast, but the bar didn't have anything for breakfast, so my friend and I went to Esselunga to get some croissants to eat at the bar. The waitress kicked us off the table because she thought eating at the table was illegal, even though we'd gotten our things from Esselunga, their supermarket, and then wanted to get a drink. She kicked us out anyway, and we were out on a bad day. She kicked us out even though most of the tables were free. The waitresses were inappropriate for the situation, rude and impolite. For convenience, I pick up lunch at the restaurant and take it to work to eat. Today, the limit was exceeded. The meal was ready, my number 31 called. I approached and saw my takeout meal ready. They served customers up to 43. Then I was told that, as often happens, the brand of beer I chose was unavailable. I reluctantly accepted another brand. Then I was told that the takeout cutlery had already run out yesterday, and for a plate of tagliatelle, they had nothing but a teaspoon. I left everything on the pass and left. My experience with these bars is over. They're not even convenient.

Tried it several times. Ask for croissants with jam and you get cream. Cappuccinos are always lukewarm and never hot. Service is very rushed and superficial. You practically experience being at a service station without actually exercising. Tables full of crumbs and filthy bathrooms.

Came for lunch at 1:00 PM, ordered orecchiette and the veggie wrap, plus water and coffee. When picking it up, as is your practice, he didn't ask me or any other customers if we wanted bread, and that's a shame because you'd provide good service if the staff followed directions.
