I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was genuinely unpleasant. My group and I ducked in specifically to escape a sudden downpour, hoping for a warm atmosphere and a quick bite. Instead, we were met with a vibe that was colder than the weather outside. The staff were incredibly unfriendly from the moment we walked through the door. Rather than a "hello," we were met with glares. When we tried to order, the person behind the counter was openly aggressive, snapping at us for taking a moment to look at the menu. I’ve got no idea why this has a bad rating. The coffee is great, the cornetti are the best we had in Italy! The vibe is good on a nice square. The waiter was v busy so there was a small wait but sit back and enjoy the sun.

The croissants with warm gianduia filling were a dream. The spot has a cute small window which gives you the opportunity to observe the sassi. All the staff members were polite. Coffee itself was 4/5.
