This place is very close to where we were staying in Naples and I took my kids there with me this morning. The coffee was great and the chocolate croissants were insanely good. The gentleman behind the counter was friendly and helpful. Sitting outside at that time of morning was quite peaceful before the city wakes up.

Caffè di Napoli had some positives, but overall it was not for me. The bakery items were fresh and nicely crunchy, which I appreciated, and there was clearly effort in keeping the pastries crisp and traditional. Unfortunately, everything we tried was overwhelmingly sweet—honestly some of the sweetest pastries I’ve ever had. It was difficult to even finish the small portions. I tried a cannoli, which was crunchy and classic in texture, along with three different types of sfogliatelle, but the sugar level completely overpowered everything else. We've been twice in thiss caffe. First time the pastries wasn't very fresh. Second time absolutely amazing,fresh,fluffy, even bigger choice. Capuccino was fine,but nothing special. It was nice to seat on the terrace and soak up morning sun.
