We had the most delicious lunch at Caffe V. The strawberry salad was amazing which we ate outside whilst people watching. The service was excellent and the caffe inside looks very smart but the food is delicious.

Stopped by to grab a few small sweet bites to go. Despite having mutually greeted the lady at the counter and waited patiently as we understood she was fully occupied and busy serving other customers, we were annoyed that she ended up taking additional time to serve a local who came after us with 3 sandwiches + drink. She did not even have the courtesy to apologise for having kept us waiting. I understand Italian customary, but this was unacceptable. The tarts and apple pie we bought were passable, nothing spectacular. The tartlets were dropped into a paper bag with little respect.

My wife and I stopped at this cozy bar while walking through the streets of Padua and ordered an Aperol. It was a pleasant stop, but we both realized that, even though we rarely drink alcohol and get addicted quickly, we didn't really get hooked. Interesting. Otherwise, a cozy bar.

We orders 3 different dishes and all were excellent! Dessert (tiramisu) was als super, not what we used to…. but much better. The price is fair. Service is excellent. Ones in Padova we will eat only here.
