Each dish was special, delicious, and the drink pairing elevated each bite. Everything was cooked perfectly and seasoned to perfection. Al★First day of a new menu and barely what I expect from a michelin star restaurant. Went to Sensi in Amalfi a few days ago and Aria does not live up to them. If you can only pick one go for Sensi. I'm copying a review in my description below that I've seen from someone else as it is exactly how I feel too. Mediocre Michelin experience. Food was just okay, nothing worth a wow honestly. Too much bread as you get chocolate bread as part of the desserts a well as normsl bread. Foams and sauces used are a bit boring and lack taste. Service is ok and the vibe is great. But the money isn't really worth
