We visited this café/bar three times within seven days during our stay in Trapani and every single time it was a wonderful experience. The service was incredibly kind, warm and attentive, and the whole place felt very authentic and family-like. You can really feel that they care about their guests. The staff made us feel welcome every time, and the atmosphere was exactly what we love about Sicily: relaxed, genuine and full of heart. We will definitely come back on our next holiday in Trapani. Highly recommended!

We found Gral while looking for a place to watch World Cup matches, but ended up going back every night during our stay in Trapani because the staff really stood out for their friendliness and service. Drinks were great, especially the mandarin spritz, and the chocolate soufflé was outstanding. We didn’t try mains, but overall highly recommended.

To be honest, I would not recommend this place. I was tempted by the full house, we took the last table. Unfortunately the food was not good. We ordered a pizza and the traditional seafood kuskus, as far as the kuskus goes, maybe it’s just the way it’s suppose to taste, it was super salty (in my opinion too much) and oceanic, it was eatable but nothing more than that. But the pizza, oh well, I have had better pizza in low medium class restaurant in my home country, I would not expect to get this sort of “pizza” in Italy.
