We come here all the time. Honestly, I should have more photos by now, but I don’t! First of all, always call ahead for reservations. We love this place. The atmosphere is lively and gregarious, and the staff are consistently friendly, confident, and attentive to the little details that really make it worth your money. As for the food, we’ve tried quite a bit over the visits. Some standouts: – Shishito peppers – Garlic shrimp – Puffed rice chicken tenders – Fried burrata – Baked Camembert (a winter favorite) – Charcuterie boards – The Piggy Burger – Pepper steak – Tagliata steak - San Sebastián cheesecake Most dishes are well-executed. That said, I personally don’t care for the patatas bravas, they just don’t quite land. (Call me if you ever want a good recipe for salsa brava 😉). I’d also give the risotto a pass. This cool little spot is in the back of a store that sells wine and whiskey, so this threw us off a bit when we were looking for the “bar in back.” Yes, it is a bar, and it is in the back, but don’t let the simple name fool you. This is a fun wine bar and French restaurant with excellent food that is worth a visit. Atmosphere was chill and enjoyable. Service was excellent. We didn’t have reservations, so we were seated inside, but it was still incredibly nice. Highly recommend!
