The service was really disappointing. When we first arrived, we went up to the rooftop, but all the tables were full. The staff then took us to the second floor and seated us at a table for four even though we were five people, saying we could move once a table upstairs became available. We ended up waiting more than 30 minutes without anyone coming to take our order. Eventually, we had to call a waiter ourselves and ask either to be moved somewhere more comfortable or at least to be given an extra chair. They did move us to a better table, which we appreciated, but the service didn’t really improve after that. When it was time to order, we again had to call the waiter. We ordered two of the same drink, but only one arrived. We asked for the second one, but it took a very long time. When we followed up about it, the waiter’s response came off as a bit harsh. After we finished and paid, we asked if there were any available tables on the rooftop and were told there were. So we went up
