The burger is suuuuper delicious, the sandwiches portions are huge! BUUUT, it takes ages to get your order! The chips arrived way earlier than the burgers, the drinks were not cold, and some meals arrived a bit cold. Ho2, the staff was great and addressed oyr concerns professionally. A definite recommendation, I hope they will address the small issues.

Editing my previous review because this place is getting really worse and worse by time. Employees shouting and almost fighting with each other, no manager insight also I found a hair in the burger, which happens i understand, removed it and continued eating but still got 3 more hairs in my food!!! this is no accident this is terrific

Ordered Firfly meal. Took about 20 mins to get it. The meat tasted fine. The bun was kind thick and too big for the burger. The fries were fine.

Burger is dry & tasteless: too much bread; low quality beef and sauces. Wings are bad. My friend got food poisoning, went to the hospital, and was very sick for a week.
