Honestly, it's one of the best clubs I've ever been to along thika road, even better in Ruiru. It honestly stands out than most night clubs in Kiambu road and thika road. I always wondered who will step up and build a fancy club in Ruiru since most are basic. Good job for that. I did not visit the hotel, spa or gym but I believe they have them. The staff are so lovely and friendly. I hope they maintain that. Our waiter, (unfortunately I forgot his name) handled everything with the uttermost respect and perfection. I had one issue though, I didn’t get almost all drinks I wanted but we understood the club is new and probably has not been launched yet. I loved the interior design especially at night. Great lighting, good sound, amazing space, it’s super warm and lively.. The ambience is cool and lovely. Ample parking too. Will definitely visit this place again. I did not sample their food but I will in the nest visit. All in all, everything considered, am glad we have a cool spot in

I've been curious about this new, huge grandiose hotel I saw in our Ruiru town. This might be the biggest joint (club) on this side of Kiambu county other than Allure and BND. I can't wait to come to the club and also experience the spa and rooms when they are ready. As a new establishment they have tried to really be top notch on service, I hope they continue to hold the same or even better standards. Thanks for bringing such a cool space to Ruiru!!

One commendable aspect of the establishment is their proactive approach to customer feedback – they take the initiative to inquire about the meal, demonstrating a commitment to improvement. Additionally, the opportunity to meet the chef and share my dining experience allowed for a personalized touch. The hotel is very beautiful and classy and the finishing and everything is so perfect.The views at the roof top restaurant are giving Westlands..The customer service is bad.you have to keep calling the waiters...I think the hotel has few waiters.becoz my the Tym we ate and finished our food we had been served by 4 different waiters...all whom we had to call persistently.also the food takes very long to arrive so it's not good if someone is hungry...but their food esp mbuzi fry is tasty.

This was, hands down, the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Firstly, the ambiance was completely chaotic. Kids were running around everywhere, screaming and making noise, which ruined what was supposed to be a peaceful date night. The service was abysmal. We waited ages for the staff to notice us, there was no effort to create a welcoming atmosphere. The food was another disaster. It arrived 2 hours later, lukewarm at best, and to top it off, I found a foreign object, a piece of wire, embedded in the food. It was beyond disgusting and completely unacceptable. The fish fillets with coconut curry was pathetic and tasted like lead. Poor food quality, terrible service, disruptive atmosphere

I’ll definitely be returning for another meal soon and my stay at this hotel was nothing short of excellent. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed. The service staff went out of their way to ensure comfort, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options.
