Good location, but service has a lot of improvement to be done. Food takes hours after ordering. My last visit ended up with us walking out after waiting for 3 hours since placing the order. Other than that, it's affordable. It has outdoor sitting arrangements so it's a bit tricky when it rains or when it's too hot.

The food was enjoyable, and the location is pleasant, but the service left much to be desired. We waited for over an hour before our meals were served, and had to search for staff to request basic items like cutlery. Additionally, the handwritten bill we received did not align with the menu prices, which was concerning. While the setting has potential, there is a clear need for improvement in staff training and overall service efficiency.

The ambience is amazing but very very poor service. I found the kitchen staff rude and lacking etiquette. We had made a reservation 4 days prior and on the D-Day we still had to wait for 3 hours for food with no explanation or communication we just got cold faces whenever we asked for an explanation. Alot needs to be done in matters service but the ambience is breathtaking. Regards, Disappointed Customer.

The gardens are serene and relaxing but the service, horrible. Imagine waiting 2 hours for your meal for them to get the order wrong & to bring uncooked food. This was supposed to be beer battered fish and fries. Chef did not sound the least bit apologetic when he was corrected on the order. The head of the fish was partially uncooked. The fries don’t taste or look fresh. You’re honestly better off eating elsewhere then perhaps go for some drinks there. Gardens are serene, I’ll give them that. Unfortunate how terrible the service was

I must recommend this place!!! I am giving it a 5 star rating🌟. They organized my daughter's 7th birthday and oh my laaaawwwd😍, it was heaven on earth. The food was delicious and especially their Mexican chicken is a must try!, the decor was on point and they even provided a public address!Mr Cyrus who worked hand in hand with the team made it a ten out of ten event!!! I am definitely coming back in December for my 2nd daughter's birthday!!

Good space and environment. But that's pretty much it. Extremely slow service and preparation of meals so if you're in a hurry, you'll be pretty disappointed. For instance we were a group of 6 friends and waited 3 hours for our meal and only had our drinks and conversations keep us distracted. I hope service and food prep and quality improves to make dining here a better experience.
