Capital Caffé offers a great location with a beautiful ambience and a very pleasant atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, the reception was warm and professional, and the staff were clearly well trained. We ordered several items to get a good sense of the menu. The hummus was creamy and smooth, and the mouhamara was right on point. The grilled halloumi was tasty, though thicker cuts would make it even better. The dynamite shrimp was enjoyable but slightly high in sodium. The margherita pizza was not bad at all, especially considering it’s a café-resto concept. One of the highlights was the signature eggplant parmigiana bites very well executed. The penne Alfredo was good, but the sauce would benefit from more reduction and a lighter garlic flavor to improve balance. Capital Cafe is a new restaurant, and honestly, it was a very pleasant experience.👏🏻❤️ Sometimes all you want is a simple cup of coffee with good service, and this is exactly what we found here. We ordered hummus, cheese rolls, club chicken sandwiches, and tea. Before the food, they served their own butter with special bread, and I really liked the taste—it was a great touch.🤩 After the food, we enjoyed our coffee while watching the rain. The atmosphere was relaxing, the view was beautiful, and everything felt calm and comfortable. The restaurant is very clean, hygienic, and well-designed, with spotless windows that make the rainy weather even more enjoyable. They also have outdoor seating, which is currently closed. Went there on Sunday for lunch, the place was crowded but we still found a table, welcoming staff and helpful, polite waiters and friendly specially bassam, clean place and attractive from the outside, comfortable seatings with great atmosphere. We ordered chicken and beef Burger, truffle Pizza and tawouk platter, it takes a bit of time due to the traffic, the food was very delicious,fresh and smell well with good shicha also, highly recommended.
