I’ve been to Lebanon several times in my life, this is hands down the best breakfast I’ve ever had in the country. I’m not sure how or why, but all of their dishes just BLEW me away. The fattah was just indescribable. They must use super fresh ingredients or something, because the flavor profile was just out of this world. The foul with the veggies on top was also just so tasty. There was not a single dish I had here that I would not order again. It’s a little out of the way if you’re only visiting Beirut, but if you’re going to Batroun or really anywhere north, I would make the trip to Tripoli just for this one breakfast experience. The food was actually that good. There isn’t a ton of seating and it’s not a fancy sit down place if that’s what your looking for, but the food is just INSANELY good.

The concept is Lebanese - Armenian fusion, based in traditional Lebanese breakfast dishes with Armenian touches Might be a little challenging to find a parking. They offer traditional authentic Lebanese breakfast menu. Mainly the all famous traditional menu of foul, humus fatteh in all types and recipes. All dishes are made with an home made Armenian twist. Had the chance tontry Fatteh with Soujouk, Humus with kafta and molasses, armenian sfi7a and tripolitan sfi7a. All items had appetizing appearance and the taste was exceptional. Portions were very satisfying The restaurant is busy in the morning and very crowded which might slightly affect the service speed. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Prices are very reasonable and affordable.

The good thing about this place is creativity. So if you are in Tripoli, or if you are coming soon, you can include this restaurant among other options for breakfast. The restaurant is small, with few tables indoor and other few outdoor. You will be warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. The restaurant specializes in Lebanese foul, fatteh, hommous, and Sfayeh. The menu includes other items as well such as eggs and so on. Whilst it might seem similar to other traditional restaurants that serve same items, but this one added some creativity to their dishes such as the super crispy fatteh, hommous with kafta balls and pomegranate molasses, and Sfiha Armanieh. The food is delicious, the presentation is eye catching, and the service is perfect. So give it a try!

This place is very underated and isn't well known enough. If you ask people about breakfast places in tripoli, this place wouldn't be on the list, although it should. It offers traditional breakfast plates found in tripoli, but with their own added twist. I'd recommend ordering the "hommus with kafta and pomegranate molasses", "hommus teta ie hommus with caramelized onions and pomegranate molasses", and the " Armenian sfiha".
