Just Wow! From the minute we walked in till the moment we left we were greeted warmly & fully taken care of . Mahmoud was fabulous ,very attentive and professional! We sat through our dinner smiling ear to ear. The atmosphere, the fresh food and friendliness of Mahmoud just made our whole experience unforgettable. We will surely be coming again! Great experience! The food was really delicious, the staff were nice and welcoming, and the place is good. We tried the breakfast tower and it was a perfect choice, it contained a wide variety of lebanese breakfast (diff labne, cheese, croissant, eggs, diff olives, jam, turkey, honey…..)and it was only 15$. We ordered few things in addition but ended up having extra food, so it is really enough for 3 persons. Definitely recommend!!!

We visited Tranquilo in Tripoli after seeing it on Instagram and being attracted by the way breakfast is presented. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and polite. They even came to our table to check if everything was good, which we really appreciated. The decoration of the place is also nice and gives a pleasant first impression. However, I have to mention that I noticed a hair in the bread, and although I didn’t say anything at the time, it was disappointing. In addition, the floor was quite dirty, with hair and dust visible in several areas, which unfortunately gave the place a lack of hygiene feeling. Overall, the concept and service are good, but cleanliness definitely needs much more attention to match the image shown on social media.
