It is clean and well designed. I have seen frozen yogurt for the first time in Libya in this shop. The only problem with this shop is ice cream flavors are like in any other shop. I am sick of ice cream with Milka, snickers, ferrero etc. Why don’t you try to produce new flavors by using almond, peach, watermelon, melon, fig, walnut, orange, kiwi… you can use fruits and nuts to provide better quality and taste to your customers.

We ordered frozen yogurt one with Nutella and the other is Barvi which is mixed with 3 kinds of fruits. The frozen yogurt is fresh and delicious, fruits are fresh as well. The place is super clean and atmosphere is perfect. Just small note about the air conditioning it was upnormal cold and it could be better to reduce it. I recomend this place especially for famileis.

If there were an option to give no stars, I would give no stars for this review. This message is for the management of MADO and for new clients. If there were an option to give no stars, I would give no stars for this review!!!! I have been coming to this shop many times to buy ice cream, but unfortunately, I completely lost respect for this place after my last experience. The cashier who works in the evening (around sunset) is extremely impolite and has no respect for customers. When I raised a complaint, instead of listening or showing professionalism, he told me to “go take the number from the base and call the management.” I was shocked, this is a classy place, the prices are expensive, and yet the staff talk to clients without manners. When I told him this isn’t right, his answer was, “I don’t care, this is the rules.” That attitude is unacceptable, especially from someone who represents the shop when management is not around. Because of this, I decided not to visit MADO anymore
