Roof top restaurant inside Vannasut hôtel and spa featuring mostly Thai dishes and a variety of drinks . The rooftop has a nice view of the Stupa. The place was almost empty both times I stopped by to order food. The set up seems to be more for drinks and chilling than eating, with couches and low tables. Food was ok not particularly tasty
