At my first visit I really enjoyed the food. I had the Chilli Momo, which was delicious and very spicy. The service was wonderful, and the evening atmosphere was lovely, especially with the beautiful inner courtyard and the lighting. The wait time was a bit longer than I would have liked, but the place was quite busy, so the kitchen was likely struggling to keep up with the orders. Overall, I had a great impression. Clean spot and reasonable prices. Upd. Visited during the day for lunch and it was so crazily overcrowded. Some menu positions were not available and it was hard to get waiters attention. The food was mediocre, quite blank in taste. The breakfast experience with a smoothie bowl was just bad.

We visited Utpala Cafe for lunch as an office team, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The lentils (dal) had a bad smell and did not seem fresh, which made the meal unpleasant. When we brought this to the staff’s attention, the response was not helpful or professional. Instead of addressing our concern properly, we felt that our feedback was not taken seriously. We expected better food quality and customer service, especially when dining as a group. We hope the management improves both food hygiene and the way customer complaints are handled so that other guests have a better experience.
