Cami Dass★★★★★We visited Meat & Co in Alkmaar for the first time on Sunday evening, and it turned out to be such a lovely experience. The restaurant was quiet, likely because of the football match, which made the atmosphere feel relaxed and personal. We were welcomed by two young waiters who invited us to sit wherever we liked. Shortly after, the owner, Mina, came over to our table. He’s warm, funny, and instantly makes you feel at home—such a great host. The service really stood out. Jan, George, and another young waiter (whose name I didn’t catch) were all friendly, attentive, and happy to chat with us
