Possibly the most excellent restaurant in the Hague😍 We came to De Bistrooh many times over the past 4 years and every single visit was one hell of a journey for our taste buds. The service is top notch,atmosphere is super gezzelig and you won't doubt for a second that the owners love what they are doing and are putting all their heart into it. What a find! The restaurant puts its heart and soul into the service, food, ambience...it was a delight to stumble upon this lovely eatery. The savoury tomato starter soup/drink was my all time favourite....still trying to re create at home. Strong, focused menu to deliver to varied palates and maintain beauty and quality. Personally I loved the mixed grill, see photo. The wine flights are a slick side, desserts hit the right spot to elegantly finish.

I visited this restaurant last night, and it was truly an amazing experience! The atmosphere was warm, cozy, and full of charm. The owner personally helped me choose the dishes, and his selection was absolutely perfect — everything was delicious and beautifully prepared. What impressed me most was how passionate he was about his work; you could really see that he enjoyed what he was doing, and that made the experience even more special.
