I had dinner with my boyfriend on Ruby Rose. The place is gorgeous inside, full of roses and decorations alike. It was one of our best dinners in our Europe trip. We started with dome mushroom croquettes, which were amazing. Then we continued with some thin slices of tuna, the best we ever tried. Then we finished the entrees with the salmon gravlax, really good. My main course eas the truffled risotto and my boyfriend has the veal cheek. My wife took me here for a surprise birthday lunch. I had no idea what to expect. From the moment you enter through the dramatic red drapes the pleasure begins. The decor is delightful, staff attentive and friendly. The USP is the Ruby Tree, a kind of sharing menu, served ornately in a, well, goblet tree!
