Last visited January 2025 Dined here with colleagues. Booked about a month in advance. Good table, not too busy tonight. I'll have to keep the ratings as is. The food and the wine pairings was very good. Presentation was very good and nicely spaced out. Well done to the staff for the translation. Thank you. It's not really a place to dine alone, best with company. In Zwolle once a month. Let's see.

It was a birthday dinner planned by my partner and the surprise menu was well worth the trip through the rain and cold. The food was prepared with such elegance and finesse that everything looked like art on a plate. Overall impression: lovely but a bit too creamy during the first three courses. I couldn’t have too much alcohol due to health issue at the time, maybe the pairing with wine will knock the creaminess down a notch. But we will never know I guess (maybe during our next visit). My personal favorite was probably the egg caviar, which was so complex with different textures and flavors.

we are spoiled, everybody was very friendly, all dishes fantastic, I like it that you can put together your own menu. Highly recommended. We will be back
