I used to come in for $10 burgers. Came here on a weekday - there was no more specials. They only do specials on the Tuesdays. Kinda disappointed. But I ordered a couple of burgers. I was disappointed to find no combo deals. I had to order fries and coke separated for $12.99!! Gosh! Sat down and found out the ketchup is $1.50 for a tiny bit of tomato ketchup. I was horrified to find that a burger joint exists that doesn’t offer tomato ketchup with burgers😒 I waited for burgers and the service was quick but to my disappointment the burgers were average and the meat was way less than the last

Ordered by telephone 1 Devil chicken burger, one Devil staircase burger and 1 Devil chips. We were told order would be ready in 10 minutes. Arrived at Devil Burger to collect our order, only to find that the order contained 3 burgers and chips. When told that the order was for 1 chicken burger and 1 Devil staircase burger, we were told by counter staff that the order couldn't be changed as it "had been through the kitchen", and that the extra chicken burger could not be taken out, and we would have to pay for the entire order. I placed a phone order for a burger and side. I arrived to pick it up and got ‘sorry your order hasn’t come through’. Going by the latest reviews, it seems like I’m not the first to get their order wrong or completely missed over the phone. Staff then asked if I could wait at least another 25-30 minutes for them to start making it. I politely declined and left. Not very impressed at all, they are usually on the ball. I won’t be back for a while. Management if you see this - please have a word with your FOH staff and confirm orders! You are missing out on sales $$$ If you do want an order,

Very cool place. I got the southern lamb..and OMG 🤯...yummy as. Very nice and cosy environment. I will most definitely come around next time I am in invercargill....I did wait at least 20 minutes.
