Today was our first visit to River Kitchen and we had a truly lovely time. As recent coffee quitters, we were delighted to find such an interesting Tea Menu — I enjoyed a Lemon Ginger Root and my partner had a Japanese Lime, both absolutely delicious. Our waitress V was brilliant — she helped us create a bespoke vegetarian breakfast of Potato Rosti Cakes with spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms and balsamic, served on a bed of asparagus. Awesome location, great service and really yummy food. We got fish and chips and chicken waffles!! Fish was fresh and well cooked, hot sauce was available to go with that! The chicken was also super tender, well seasoned and over all really tasty! Coffee was great too. Bustling with happy guests, this place has its own vibe with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.
