I visited this place as a detour after a work assignment in Ibadan. Around this time, most people were still at work so it was relatively scantier, more peaceful and easier to navigate. I’m not easily impressed by malls especially when they are not in the main cities in a particular country. But in this case, I was really impressed, most especially by the attention given to the overall aesthetics and maintenance of the place. I didn’t try out the shops but it’s obvious that there are quite a number of options to meet a diverse range of needs. My only wonder was the lack of private cabs as most other malls would have in excess. Another good thing about this place: CLEAN TOILETS! At least it was clean when I was there. I don’t know if it’s always like this but it was impressive to see.

This place is located inside Palm Mall. It has an ice cream and pastries section attached to it but I only entered the restaurant. There are children's play section at the far end of the space and there's this high chair for a child to sit on. It's spacious and has lots of chair options. There is this bulb that has this effect which makes it look like a burning flame, it's so beautiful. I arrived there and where I had the intention of sitting, plates were littered. I told one of the staff and she just nodded her head then someone came to clear it later, and I ended up sitting somewhere else. So they have varieties of things to choose from so I and my friend got what we wanted and to it to our sits. Where we ended up sitting has just one standing fan to serve that area and the fan was turned to face other people who were eating there. I was sweating while eating because the food was spicy!!! I had to wait a while to go turn the fan by myself to face I and friend. There's not enoug

This is actually a nice mall to be in Ibadan. Not to compare with Lagos but you'll find most of the common stores you'll see in a male in Lagos. It's still new, I hope they keep up with the maintenance. There's enough parking space too. There are a few sitting areas inside the mall as well. The ambience is very cool too especially with the natural lighting

Shopped here. Good prices and wonderful environment. Some of the shops are closing down. Couldn't get a basketball hoop to buy. Shoprite is alive and well with great bargains.There are other great brands co-located in this Palms Shopping Mall. So if you're looking for a great shopping experience all located in one place, this is the go-to center. It also a great family relaxation destination. Outside the mall are different outdoor games to provide the kids with thrill rides and experiences. One of the high points of the Palms Shopping Mall in Ibadan is the expansive parking lot.. Weekends and holidays are great times to just come out and watch the sea of people "doing their thing" at the Mall.

The Palms ibadan had a good thing going for it, till it didn't. The building and the surrounding site is quite large, but the presence of plenty empty stalls gives you the impression that the mall is probably running on 50% occupancy. Also add to the fact that there are barely public seating areas, asides those provided by stalls selling stuff. Then you have a mall that was designed for ample walking, but nothing to feast the eyes upon. There's a cinema,a Shoprite, a KFC, a cold Stone and other usual mall suspects. There's also a niteclub and some bars too. I particularly enjoy the courtyard game centre, where PlayStation 4 games can be played on 4 flat screen TVs,and a pool table, if that's more your thing.
