This is the most useless catfish BBQ you will ever eat, the fact that the so called lady who claimed to be the assistant manager tasted it and called a smelling soured fish "good' is irritating. My sister is currently having a running stomach and it's crazy. This is a Food poisoning, you can do better

Guys, if you must go here, ensure that you check well before consuming anything. Never be in a hurry. I landed in the clinic the day after drinking an exposed juice from this lounge. The juice had an opening at the top, staff didn’t check before serving me. I also didn’t check before drinking cos I never thought anything would go wrong. I took the remaining juice home and realized it had an opening at the top and when I poured it into a basin, there were dark particles in the juice as it had been exposed for a long time. My stomach hurt severely all night. Next day, I took 3 drips at the clinic, injection and now on medication. Holiday ruined! Informed the manager, and he blamed it on the manufacturer of the juice. Zero accountability. Never going back here again. They don’t deserve one star.

It's so so disappointing, firstly the staff crowds you like they haven't seen humans before. That's quiet embarrassing and management should do something about it, secondly I requested for fork and I was told a different department has to give me the fork . For ordinary fork to eat food I ordered for?? Very very horrible. This is crazy a big place like this. Not returning

From the time I stepped into this place until we left, it was full of complaints. The staff will cluster at place, and when you manage to get them, it will take forever to get your order. If you like meat, be sure to be served a bone-filled dish. My only solace is that the place is clean, with the fountain which makes it cooler than it's competitors.
