We visited Steak Company in Muscat boulevard boutique and left impressed. The truffle fries were a standout, crispy and perfectly seasoned. Steak was cooked to order, solid 10/10. Personally, I think the overall portion size is huge for one person. The dining room was busy (place gets crowded especially on weekends). Despite the rush, the service was excellent: attentive staff, timely plates, and helpful recommendations. One of my favorite steakhouses, highly recommended.

The staff checked in from time to time to make sure everything was perfect, which really added to the experience. The steak was cooked perfectly — juicy, flavorful, and exactly how I ordered it. The absolute worst service experience. Discrimination and pure incompetence. I visited this restaurant with my family, carrying a baby, but the staff completely ignored us. No one offered us a table until we actively went and asked for one ourselves. Ironically, the moment we sat down, they rushed us to order within 3 minutes. To make matters worse, they skipped our table for the complimentary olives that every other table received, forcing us to ask for them separately. The service from a staff member named Bernard was incredibly rude. Throughout our meal, we noticed that the staff were smiling and being extremely welcoming to Westerners and local Omanis, while treating us with cold indifference. It strongly felt like racial discrimination against Asians. The steak was decent, but the lamb chop was a disaster. We ordered Medium-Well, but one piece served was completely Blue Rare. The colors, the theme, and the overall vibe are done beautifully and make the place feel warm and inviting. The only thing that took away from it was the seating. The tables are a bit too close to each other, and it can feel slightly uncomfortable, especially when you are eating something like steak and want a bit more personal space. We had such a lovely meal here. The salads were so fresh and beautifully presented. The tenderloin steaks were a good size, cooked perfectly and tasted divine! Soft, succulent and juicy!
