Lovely ambience with vibrant decor! On the pricier end (to be expected as it’s fine dining) but price is reflected in the quality of their ingredients. Food is delectable and freshly prepared. The staff is attentive and friendly, they help make birthdays special. Mukesh ensured we had a lovely experience and anticipated our needs before we expressed them! He was amicable yet professional. The restaurant prepares off menu items if requested. The rasam soup is the best! The vodka pani puri is amazing and their cocktails are imaginative but tasty. Overall, lovely dining experience and would recommend!

We had a wonderful dining experience at Tanatan Muscat. The restaurant offers authentic Indian food and beautiful Indian vibes throughout the space. The ambience is good and the outdoor seating at the pool also looks good. (Not in Summer) A special thanks to Vaibhav, who attended us, he understood our preferences and gave excellent recommendations. Truly top-class service! The Palak Patta Chaat was the absolute star of the meal. Every dish we tried had great quality and the portions are very generous. Highly recommended for amazing Indian food, beautiful ambience, authentic Indian feel and excellent service at Tanatan.

Restaurant neat and clean. Good interesting ambience and nice photo spots. Staff were attentive and caring. Dal vada chatar patar salad was very average as vada was very dry and difficult to bite. Chicken soup was good and tasty. Panneer tikka was good. Chicken tikka could have been better as it was too much burnt (chef has to improve). I saw some photos in reviews of subzi potli biryani and hence ordered. It was good presentation and taste was ok but it is too much oily and would not recommend it as something great. Overall good decent culinary experience but chefs has to improve the food quality in terms of avoiding burnt tikkas and salad freshness

The impressive part is that the experience has been consistently excellent every single time. The food is where Tanatan truly shines. Almost everything on the menu is outstanding. Whether it’s the drinks, soups, starters or main courses, we’ve never ordered something that disappointed us. Their butter chicken, dal makhani, kebabs, tandoori platters, biryanis n chaats are all worth trying. The mocktails are also among the better ones you’ll find in Muscat. What keeps bringing us back is the quality n consistency. Many restaurants start strong n then decline over time, but Tanatan has managed to maintain its standards on every visit.
