On May 5, 2026, we visited Foodland Seeb branch with our family of 8 people for lunch. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences we have had at Foodland. The food was served cold, and there was no proper organization in serving the meals. Orders arrived separately with long delays between each dish. However, the biggest disappointment was when we ordered a meal containing chicken pieces, and sadly, as shown in the picture, the chicken pieces was not cooked properly. When I informed one of the employees, he rudely told me to speak with the manager. I then spoke to the manager, but unfortunately, he insisted that the chicken was cooked well, even though we clearly could not eat it. Another employee there also had a very poor attitude, perhaps because of the pressure and overcrowding, but this is not the customer’s fault. The restaurant management should provide enough staff to avoid treating customers this way. Thank you. I truly hope the owner of the business pays more atte

We visited Foodland Al Seeb for a family meal, and overall the experience was pleasant, though there were both positive and negative points worth mentioning. We ordered two main dishes. One of them was very good in terms of taste, quality, and portion size. It was well-prepared, flavorful, and satisfying, which showed that the kitchen can deliver excellent food when done right. However, the second dish, which was a chicken-based meal, was disappointing. The chicken was not fully cooked and had a slightly unpleasant smell. This affected our experience, and we hope the restaurant pays closer attention to food safety and cooking quality, especially when it comes to chicken dishes. We also tried one of their desserts, where chocolate is poured over a hot plate. Visually, it was interesting and creative, but unfortunately the smell was not appealing to us. It had a burnt chocolate-like odor, which made the dessert less enjoyable for me personally. This might be a matter of personal taste,

Foodlands will always on the top of the best restaurants in Muscat! Their food doesn’t disappoint. Amazing taste and is suitable even for people who don’t like spicy food. We have ordered a buffet and all the guests loved it! From the quality of the food to the setup and portions, will definitely order again for upcoming occasions!

Food was good. Service was way below average. Order took 25 mins (it was already informed to us)… we wanted to order one more item, but couldn't, as it was again gonna take 25 mins as per staff. Further, the guy taking order was too busy to listen anyone properly. Even I saw ppl from other tables getting up and asking to take order. I don't think that I will b visiting this place again.

We ordered butter chicken, Kerala paratha, beef coconut fry, and butter naan. Unfortunately, the butter chicken and butter naan were disappointing. The butter chicken tasted more like fish curry gravy, which was unexpected and didn’t suit the dish at all. The butter naan was just average and lacked the softness and flavor we were hoping for. However, the Kerala paratha and beef coconut fry completely stole the show. The beef fry had a perfect blend of spices and was cooked beautifully. The Kerala paratha was soft, flaky, and absolutely delicious. These two dishes truly made the meal worthwhile.
