I happened to be there for a cup of latte with a friend. It's a small cafe with good ambiance. The staff is courteous though the service is slightly slow and the waiter had no idea what was he serving l,sounds funny 😂. The place was quiet and not crowded. Main hall is pretty small but you'll find place to sit outdoor or upstairs. Outdoor is fine during winter or summer nights. Upstairs hall is slightly larger than ground floor. You'll find sofas and chairs there. It's pretty comfortable. Coffee was good for the price. I liked their latte. We were treated very nicely by one of their staff member named Danish at the counter. Overall experience was good. If you happen to be in the CMH try grabbing a cup of coffee you would like it.

Main outlet with branches located inside OPD and emergency buildings as well. Okay-ish quality which can be made better with a little effort. Staff needs a lot of training. Today the staff heated the pizza in the oven using a disposal plastic plate which itself is one of the reasons for causing cancer. A step in the right direction considering the type of cafeteria's available however, it can be further improved.

I ordered fresh brewed cappuccino in take away. Trust me it was one the worst coffe ever made and the taste was like it was made with TEA BAG. I drank half of cup and I could drink more. I needed coffee so much they ruined my experience. I would highly recommend everyone to get coffee from elsewhere but just not from here. I just wonder how doctors from inside the hospital are drinking this. ( I guess Jo milta Hy wo kha lety Hain)
