Today I had a rather unpleasant experience at this establishment. By accident, I dropped a soda and ended up burning my hand. I immediately offered to resolve the situation and even suggested cleaning the floor. However, what surprised me most was the manager's attitude: he showed no concern for my condition, nor was he able to ask if I needed help. The lack of empathy and attention to the customer in such a situation is, at the very least, disappointing. Accidents happen, but how we are treated makes all the difference. Unfortunately, the experience was marked negatively.

The owner is very unfriendly; for someone working behind a counter, he can't even manage a smile at the customers. The coffee tastes bad and is always poorly made. The only good things are the scratch cards and the outdoor seating areas.
