We arrived in Évora late on a Sunday night with our toddler and showed up at O Combinado just before closing, hoping to be seated as nearly every other restaurant was closed. The waiter took one look at us and graciously welcomed us in anyway — and that set the tone for the whole experience. Service was outstanding — friendly, patient, and knowledgeable without ever making us feel rushed. The food was fantastic.
