After several weeks of café hopping around the area, we can confidently say that Faborit Alcobendas serves the best coffee we have found so far. The quality of the coffee is excellent — rich, well-balanced, and consistently well prepared. It is very reminiscent of the café coffees we used to enjoy in Perth, Australia, which says a great deal about the standard here. The atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable, making it a lovely place to pause and enjoy a proper cup of coffee. This has been one of my best experiences at Faborit. The staff are friendly and helpful and there seems to be a good atmosphere in the team, which renders a great customer experience. I had a salmon wrap, a fruit and nut bar and a Mangajo Lemon & Green Tea drink. My favourite thing at Faborit is their Cacaolat, which is not suitable for today's weather but I highly recommend it if you're into hot chocolate.
