Don’t be fooled by the pretty appearance and lovely setting! Far too much choice in the area and like many of the places in the area the same badgering and hard sell. Fed up with looking around and decided to sit and eat. Drinks served relatively quickly however we felt forgotten about with the food order by our waitress Natalia as several people that arrived later than us were eating! I went to Restaurante Casa Ibarra after seeing a TikTok on Instagram, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. The service was not just slow. It was rude, sloppy, inconsistent, and inattentive. I understand that rice dishes take time to prepare, so that is not my complaint. The issue was that the service was slow far beyond what would be reasonable, especially considering the restaurant was not even busy. We felt neglected for most of the meal. Worts restaurant ever. I came with a big company with 7 people . We ordered many dishes and drinks, waitress doesn’t speak any languages, expect Spanish (a little bit). And when we ordered she came to us to say that we don’t have almost anything (no aperol, no whisky , no pasta, nothing soup).
