Cesar has created a staple in Alicante. Highly recommend a visit. The staff is also very friendly, attentive and helpful. Lina and Bruno are really terrific staff that made our experiences even better. The food is just delicious. Try everything because there’s nothing that disappoints. We had a wide range of dishes. Everything was decent. Nothing was outstanding but it felt very authentic. We were brave enough to venture beyond the traditional croquettes and jamon, and opted for the pig ears. Well made but a funny texture. Not for the faint of heart - imagine crunch and chew all in one. Not for us but definitely an experience to remember. All in all a place worth visiting in Alicante with helpful staff and a nice ambience.
