This burger shop has potential but sadly they miss the mark on several things. I ordered the simple smash burger which comes with cheese, pickles and a sauce of your choosing and it was very disappointing, the burger thickness was extremely thin beyond what a smash burger is supposed to be and with the bread they use it was simply absolutely lost in dryness. Maillard's gives you a choice of a beef or chicken patty (who likes minced unbreaded chicken), but the person behind the counter forgot to ask which I wanted and my order came out as minced chicken which I hate. I did forget to specify that I wanted beef, but surely that's the default and not minced chicken. Also, if you're going to ask me what sauce I would like, or if I want fries, then maybe ask me whether I want beef mince or chicken mince. Even if I could forgive that, the burger was poorly put together. Yes, it is a smash burger, so it will be thinner and wider, but it was far too big fo

The girl at the counter was very nice. Took my order quickly. I dined in and the burger came out quickly and perfect. I would definitely go back it was one of the best burgers in all of Spain/ Europe. Also the price was very accessible and the portions were good. Definitely try it if you’re passing by Madrid.
