We spent Holy Thursday and Good Friday in Ávila. They were kind enough to wait for us, as we arrived from Salamanca on Wednesday after closing time. When we arrived, they had the ten different dishes we had ordered by phone ready for us for both days. The dishes, all of them, were absolutely wonderful—quality and quantity at a good price.
