Great Basque Restaurant in Eixample. Pinxo Bar in the entrance area of the restaurant. Further in the back is a nice dining area. Small menu but great selection of cold and hot starters and fish or meat for main course. Make sure you try the merluza and the txuleton!

This authentic local spot specializes in classic Spanish pintxos from the Basque region. We had no idea how to order at first. We queued up alongside locals shortly before opening and ended‑up sitting at the bar counter. Initially, we helped ourselves to the pre‑made pintxos available and grabbed quite a few thinking those were the only choices. Later we realized fresh ones kept coming out straight from the kitchen throughout service. My tip is to take your time ordering gradually. Every pintxo we tried was incredibly tasty. Would definitely come back again.
