Brian was simply the best waiter ever. His experience and service was good. We felt at home and he made us feel at home. I celebrated my birthday at Exotico and Brian really made me feel special. Would totally recommend Exotico if you visit Benidorm. The food is fenomenal.

This restaurant is located in a hotel on the first floor. Super cool concept and good music. We were informed that they have shows every Saturday on the stage which makes me want to come back to see what it’s like but on the day we went, Friday, there was no show. Service was good, it took a while to get our order in and the time between the final dishes was VERY long I’m afraid. We still had a good time and were attended often. Possibly the worst experience I had in many many years - including cheap shabby restaurants around the world. I'm impressed how bad the service was, we waited for 2 hours before the first dish, 3.5 hours before the main dish and never received the dessert. And to top it all off they called the police when we let them know that 3-4 hours without drinks or food is not acceptable and that we expected a discount. They never gave any warning to any of our 23 guests in my sisters 40th birthday before calling the police. Massive overreaction! I ordered a beer 4 times, but only when I got up and went
