We arrived 5 minutes before opening, and they didn't want to help us. Okay, understandable. So we did some shopping and arrived 15 minutes after they should have opened. And they still refused to serve us. Instead, they looked at us nasty and started having lunch together right in front of us, in the restaurant. At this point, we just left. I've never been treated so rudely in a fast food restaurant, ever.

The best thing about the burger king is that it is halal in Cueta with the comprehensive European menu. Normally you don't find those burgers in moroccon burger king. The negative aspects are: 1. They don't have ample staff to address in peak times and rush hours. You can get caught up for 30 minutes to get your order. 2. The food quality didn't feel right. I was with family and all of got digestion issues after consuming burger king.

the place is an actual dump, with trash on the floor and the toilets are so trashed you can't even use them, it appears super understaffed, i don't blame the staff it's Burger King's fault

It's ok but there aren't as many options as in Mainland Europe and it's a bit more expensive too. Now they've taken out the chance to earn crowns to exchange for reward from both Ceuta and Melilla. Even worse.
