It was a modern, comfortable restaurant. It can be felt a bit casual compared to most of the michellin restaurants but I liked it even more that way since it's less serious and relaxed. The staff were incredibly supportive and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel even more relaxed. The atmosphere was great, and I really liked the slightly intimate, cozy size of the restaurant. The food was delicious, with a wonderful variety of dishes, making it a truly enjoyable experience overall.

The evening at Mont Bar was absolutely top-notch. That the food is absolutely worth the two stars is beyond question. What made the evening so special, apart from the food, was the entire atmosphere. It started with the warm welcome from the owner and continued with the very relaxed, humorous, yet highly professional service team, the background music playlist, and the sommelier with his excellent recommendations that were perfectly suited to each meal. My first time enjoying a two star michelin service and let me say the experience did not disappoint. The food was delicious from beginning to end and the restaurant made sure I had the finest and best experience possible. Booking is at 6:45 which is unusual for Spain dinner time. I booked early in the case that I was hungry and wanted to get some tapas after, but after the entrees at Mont Bar, I was full! So delicious. My favorite experience 🫶

I had very high expectations for Mont Bar, but unfortunately the overall experience fell short. While the food itself was good, the dining experience was overshadowed by a very large party of approximately 15 people seated directly behind us. The restaurant is quite small, and the group was extremely loud throughout much of our afternoon. The noise level was so overwhelming that we could barely hear each other speak, let alone hear the staff explain the dishes being served. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was the nature of the conversation coming from the table behind us. One
