One of the best dinners I’ve ever had. Incredible, innovative, tasty and fun. If you are boring and conservative maybe you think the service is bad as I read some in some reviews. The head chef, the waiters, cooks and somellier know everything about their food and wines. They are fun and irreverent. I love this place. Great great value for money. What a mix of flavours.. from Asia to Spain going through the whole world. Definitely worth the hours queue, yes they don’t book and only 20 people will be seated. Just go, wait and enjoy one of the best meals of your life.

Very military service. There is no menu, you don't choose anything but you're also not explained as well that you won't choose, that it's kind of a tasting menu. You don't know the price, the quantity... there is no drinks menu so you also don't know the price of the wine you're choosing. For people with not a big budget, it can be stressful. But that's the type of customers they are looking for. Great food experience, hard to get in, just the first 20 people in line so you need to be there 3 hours before opening and have food luck. Food is nice, service could be faster and you don’t know what’s coming next but they charge for every simple dish. Not a tasting. Interesting wines

For an Omakase menu, it has a comfortably cheap price. I would like to tribute to the great imagination of the young chefs, and the full menu is both familiar and interesting for a hungry Chinese like me. I took a nap after drinking two bottles which was very recommended and the dish I still remembered when I woke up was the dumplings (They know the difference between steamed dumplings and gyoza, considering we have full of fake Chinese food and fake Japanese food in Madrid, their knowledge are warm for a Asian.), its spicy sauce is very impressive, the beef nigiri is great, in comparison, per
